Roger McMenamin & Thomas Wing have been representing clients in workers’ compensation cases in the great state of Pennsylvania since 1995. Roger is the managing partner of McMenamin & Wing. Born and raised in Northeast Philadelphia, he has the grit to get the job done.

After completing his undergraduate degree at Gettysburg College in 1991, Roger graduated Ohio Northern University Pettit College of Law in 1994.

With more than 25 years of experience in workers’ compensation law, Roger has done and seen it all, allowing him to handle even the most complicated of cases.

Roger is a member of the Pennsylvania Association for Justice, the Montgomery County Bar Association, the Workers’ Compensation Section of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, and has been selected as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer® for Workers’ Compensation for 2023.


Tom is a founding partner of McMenamin & Wing. Born and raised in Delaware County and longtime resident of Philadelphia, he has what it takes to handle your case.

After completing his undergraduate degree at West Chester University in 2012, Tom graduated Widener University Delaware Law School in 2015.

With nearly 10 years of experience in workers’ compensation law, Tom has the knowledge to take on the tough cases.

Tom is a member of the Pennsylvania Association for Justice, the Philadelphia Bar Association, the Workers’ Compensation Section of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, and has been selected as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyers® Rising Star for Workers’ Compensation since 2020.
