Wayne is originally from London and is a self confessed digital geek and a resourceful jack-of-all-trades. He possess a unique mix of strategic, creative, and technical expertise from IX/UI to marketing automation, as well as branding. He is the founder and owner or WRM Design & Marketing and has managed revenue-generating marketing and creative solutions from concept to execution, for over 15 years. He’s worked across many industries for some top 500 companies including AstraZeneca, BMS, Gilead, Amgen, BBC, Sony, and the Discovery Channel, Travelodge, and Reebok.
Clients like him for his innovative concepts, outstanding results and attention to detail. It also helps that he has an English accent.
Kevin has been an entrepreneur since an early age. Starting with selling pizzas from his parents kitchen led to owning several restaurants and a real estate brokerage on the Outer Banks. He also has worked almost 99 jobs in his career and has experience across a number of industries and business types. These varied experiences have led to Kevin holding a NC real estate brokers license, PA real estate salesperson license, a PA insurance license for Property & Casualty along with Health and Life insurance.
Currently, Kevin is the Director of Digital Marketing for Emory Hill real estate. In addition to marketing, Kevin works as an investor friendly real estate agent for commercial and residential real estate investors. Kevin also is a frequent consultant to small business owners looking to improve their marketing efforts. His marketing efforts have led to 1st page search rankings, 14,000+ quality leads, and multimillion-dollar revenues for his clients.
