Frank N. Ciprero graduated from Dickinson College in 1995 with a B.A. in Anthropology. In 1998, he earned a law degree from The Dickinson School of Law of The Pennsylvania State University. He served as a legal intern for the Pennsylvania Office of the Attorney General in the Medicaid Fraud Control Division. He then became a Senior Associate with a mid-sized defense firm handling Workers’ Compensation and general liability defense litigation in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey. With over five years of experience in Workers’ Compensation, he then joined a leading regional firm, where he focused his practice exclusively on Pennsylvania Workers’ Compensation Law.
In June 2010, he joined Pond Lehocky, where he continues to focus his practice on Pennsylvania Workers’ Compensation Law and protecting the rights of injured workers as a Partner.
Mr. Ciprero has been admitted to practice law in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He now specializes exclusively in Pennsylvania Workers’ Compensation Law, and is certified as a specialist in the practice of Workers’ Compensation Law by the Pennsylvania Bar Association Workers’ Compensation Law Section as authorized by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court. He is very active in the community as a member of the Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, and Montgomery County Bar Associations. He is a member of both the Pennsylvania Association for Justice and the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association. He has been a guest lecturer at Villanova University School of Law in the area of Pennsylvania Workers’ Compensation Law.

Justin Cohen focuses his practice on the litigation of workers’ compensation and personal injury cases in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Prior to joining Kotlar, Hernandez & Cohen, LLC , Justin worked in Philadelphia on substantial personal injury and medical malpractice cases. Justin’s exposure to complex civil litigation matters from an early point in his career helped to cultivate and enhance his skills as a trial attorney.
Justin graduated from Rutgers University in 2011 with a dual JD/MBA degree. Justin received his bachelor’s degree in American history from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Dr. Nathan Maltezos completed advanced specialty training in Interventional Pain Medicine. He takes pride in the philosophy of treating patients as a whole with the goal of alleviating pain and restoring patients back to their original well being. His areas of interest include spinal pain, failed back surgery syndrome, neuropathic pain, cancer pain, and minimally invasive surgeries and procedures for pain relief.
Dr. Maltezos earned a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Physiology and Neurobiology from the University of Connecticut. He then completed medical school at Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine where he was awarded a competitive research fellowship, completing an additional year of training dedicated to medical research. After completing medical school Dr. Maltezos completed his graduate training in Anesthesiology at Albany Medical Center Hospital where he was selected as the Chief Resident during his final year of training. Dr. Maltezos then completed a rigorous fellowship in Interventional Pain Medicine at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago, IL.
Dr. Maltezos became interested in pain medicine during his Anesthesia training when he helped take care of a patient who developed debilitating neuropathic pain after a severe burn injury to her leg. The patient was unable to work or perform her usual activities and did not get adequate pain relief from a variety of medications. When the patient had a spinal cord stimulator implanted she had complete relief of her pain, returned to work, and her normal function was restored.
Outside of work, Dr. Maltezos enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, cooking, physical fitness, and watching sports.
