We had a very special guest join us on this week’s Food, Farms, & Chefs radio show, and the exciting anticipation of having Chef Walter Staib back on on our show has been more than we could contain!
Yes, you heard that right–we’ve brought back the highly acclaimed and multi-talented Emmy Award winning Chef Staib back onto our show to update us on everything that has been brewing in his world. On top of adding several new awards, including the Daughters of the American Revolution’s “Americanism Award,” along with two new Emmy Awards–leading his total to 17 well-deserved golden awards adorning his shelves–the highly accomplished Chef, Author, Television Host, Historian, and lover of Spectacular culinary cuisines has been very busy filming Season 12 of PBS’s “A Taste of History” and preparing for season 13 of his show.
Throughout Chef Staib’s travels, he brings all of us along with him by sharing his numerous experiences, stories, and histories via his television show, books, and by sharing those memorable adventures directly with us on Food, Farms, & Chefs! And we would be remiss if we didn’t share with all of you his new line of seasonings. Chef Walter curated the spices after years of studying and experimenting with his hands-on approach to creating seasonings that you can use in your own home–bringing a little piece of Walter Staib’s culinary history to your kitchen.
But we don’t want to spoil your appetite for learning more about our friend Chef Staib–so tune in at 6pm to WWDB 860 AM or WPEN HD2 97.5 FM on Tuesday August 9th OR you can stream his new episode (and find his first interview too) by visiting www(dot)phillyrestaurantreviews(dot)com.
