We love our Food, Farms, & Chefs family, especially when they are guests on our show! Speaking of, Rocco Galleli joined us again on Food, Farms, & Chefs to discuss what it was like returning to MLB’s Field of Dreams for the second year in a row! Not only was this a landmark location, it meant a lot for everyone who attended–bringing a sense of comradery, including having fathers and sons playing catch on the now-legendary baseball field. As with any game, the players, VIP guests, other attendees, and staff all need to stay energized and Rocco and his team at Innovative Catering Concepts was there to support their culinary needs. He was also on-hand to let us know how he and his team were able to pull together a highly successful catering job for the Little League Classic held in Williamsport, PA. So for anyone looking to have their event catered, Innovative Catering Concepts is there to not only make it happen, but offer you an exceptional service and menu.

We then heard from a new guest of our show, Tyler Dahl who co-owns The Cubby Hole in Moorestown, NJ.  Tyler and his wife Amy first arrived at the concept of owning a restaurant after moving to the quaint town and seeing a small coffee shop on Main Street.  Some time later, the location was up for sale and the couple purchased the 12-seat eatery with aspirations of success.  Having both been servers for high-end restaurants with 20+ years of experience, they learned how to curate a menu with simple ingredients and love.  Eight years later, The Cubby Hole is booming and had to relocate in 2020 to a larger space to accommodate the positive reception and growth that their humble breakfast and lunch crowd loves.

Another returning guest, and someone we consider part of our Food, Farms, & Chefs family is Dennis Carradin. He joined us to discuss the events which unfolded that drew on his expertise as a therapist and piece by piece those key-moments guided him to eventually form The Trauma Survivors Foundation and The Hospital Heroes Food Drive.
Since we know our Food, Farms, & Chefs family loves to enjoy themselves while helping out–we brought Dennis on so he can share all the fun events coming up that his foundations are hosting and participating in! We’re talking about the up-coming Taco-fest, Beer Festival, and even an elegant event being held in Philadelphia’s Live! Casino & Hotel. So stay tuned in till the end of this week’s show to hear from the charismatic therapist, fire-fighter, and all around hero!
