Welcome to Food Farms & Chefs where this week we take you into the heart of The Fuge, a venue that used to be a top-secret government facility but is now home to three venues in one location with the current owner, Vincent Cravero, who also runs the East Coast Events Group.
Then we will introduce you to two authors, beginning with Danielle Davis. Danielle will teach us how to enjoy our favorite foods through simple, innovative swaps. It’s not a diet book, however it does focus on how to boost the nutritional value of your favorite foods by using wholesome, nutrient rich ingredients while also not sacrificing flavor.
And finally, we will hear from Edward Slingerland who will take on one of our favorite past-times; cocktails and other boozy indulgences and how it has influenced us throughout history in his book, “Drunk: How We Sipped, Danced, and Stumbled Our Way to Civilization”
