Frank N. Ciprero graduated from Dickinson College in 1995 with a B.A. in Anthropology. In 1998, he earned a law degree from The Dickinson School of Law of The Pennsylvania State University. He served as a legal intern for the Pennsylvania Office of the Attorney General in the Medicaid Fraud Control Division. He then became a Senior Associate with a mid-sized defense firm handling Workers’ Compensation and general liability defense litigation in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey. With over five years of experience in Workers’ Compensation, he then joined a leading regional firm, where he focused his practice exclusively on Pennsylvania Workers’ Compensation Law.
In June 2010, he joined Pond Lehocky, where he continues to focus his practice on Pennsylvania Workers’ Compensation Law and protecting the rights of injured workers as a Partner.
Mr. Ciprero has been admitted to practice law in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He now specializes exclusively in Pennsylvania Workers’ Compensation Law, and is certified as a specialist in the practice of Workers’ Compensation Law by the Pennsylvania Bar Association Workers’ Compensation Law Section as authorized by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court. He is very active in the community as a member of the Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, and Montgomery County Bar Associations. He is a member of both the Pennsylvania Association for Justice and the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association. He has been a guest lecturer at Villanova University School of Law in the area of Pennsylvania Workers’ Compensation Law.
Marina Kats was born and raised in Kiev, Ukraine and moved to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in 1979. Ms. Kats attended Temple University and graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1985. Thereafter, she attended Temple University, Beasley School of Law, receiving her Jurist Doctorate degree in 1988. Continuing her pursuits in education, in 1995, Marina Kats also graduated from Temple University, Beasley School of Law with a Masters Degree, becoming one of a handful of women nationally to receive the L.L.M. in trial advocacy. Ms. Kats currently is a member of the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, New York, Washington, D.C. and New Jersey Bar Associations and the Philadelphia Trial Lawyer’s Association. Ms. Kats is also on Temple University School of Law Alumni Board. In 1995, Ms. Kats founded the law firm of KATS, Jamison & Associates and today, the firm is a well-respected litigation firm with offices in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and New York. The firm concentrates its practice in representing individuals and businesses in all areas of civil and criminal litigation. The firm was successful in representing clients before the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, has secured several pardons for its criminal clients from the Governor of Pennsylvania and recently obtained a number of multi-million dollar verdicts in front of Federal and State juries.
Ms. Kats also has lectured at Temple University, for various other schools and for the New Jersey State Bar Association. Ms. Kats has been selected and featured in Philadelphia Magazine as a Philadelphia Super Lawyer, and a Woman of the Year by Philly Magazine. She has also been selected to the Board of Trustees of Albert Einstein Hospital and Board Member for Einstein Society and to the Advisory Board to the President of Temple University.
Aside from her pursuits in the law, Marina Kats is a successful businesswoman. Ms. Kats is the general managing partner of a number of real estate ventures and commercial projects. Ms. Kats also is the principal owner of a financial services company that provides funding and financial services for independent businesses and joint ventures. Ms. Kats was the president of a popular AM radio station and co-hosts a weekly radio show on New World radio. Ms. Kats also co-produced and co-hosted a weekly television show called “What Do You Think?” with the Honorable James DeLeon from the Municipal Court. For her many successes in business and law, Ms. Kats was elected “One of the 50 Best Business Women in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania” by the Governor in 1997. Ms. Kats also was honored as “Woman of the Year” by the Bucks County YMCA and as “Consumer Advocate of the Year” for the past three consecutive years.
In addition to her commitment to the law and to her many business ventures, Marina Kats also is actively involved with a number of charitable and civic organizations. Ms Kats is a Board Member of the Hias Organization and a member of the American Diabetes Association. Ms. Kats is member of the Temple Law Alumni and was a Charter Member of the law school’s Centennial. Additionally, Ms. Kats was actively involved in the Philadelphia Committee to End Homelessness. Ms. Kats currently is the President of the Russian-American Chamber of Commerce and she conducts regular lectures to its members on legal and civic issues.
Dr. Jim Brady has treated more than 17,000 patients suffering from neck and back pain. He has been in practice for more than 30 years. Dr. Brady was the owner of the Andalusia Center for Rehabilitation, a physical therapy center, specializing in neck and back pain. He also owns the Delaware Chiropractic Group, Inc., a clinic located in Bristol, PA. Dr. Brady has received the “Teacher of the Year” award from Holy Family College and “Doctor of the Year” award from Self Help Movement Inc. for his dedication and service to his patients. Dr. Brady speak publicly on the subject of neck and back pain and prevention for numerous organizations.
