As we begin the hour, we speak with Tamara Ali Bey, who owns two booming CBD Dispensary businesses in Pennsylvania. Tamara joined us to discuss not only why she opened Super Loa, but all the various medicinal benefits of utilizing CBD products, how to use them, and the variety of potency based on your needs. Through studying the uses of the variants of cannabinoids, she gathered a product line that anyone looking to relieve pain, relax, or even for use of intimate reasons–there are numerous ways to incorporate CBD into your daily routine; through topical use, tinctures, or by ingesting edibles, teas, or additives to food and beverages. We then heard from Season 16 Chopped Winner, and friend of our show, Chef Timothy Witcher. Chef Witcher joined us to discuss the impact and subsequent joys of being an Educator and teaching students who are entering into the culinary world, along with the joy of seeing a Junior student of his blooming as they won two Silver Medals for two separate cooking competitions.
