Certain projects have been scheduled for another time, due to budgetary constraints. However, they do not detract from the work that’s already been done. In the horror story, we explain six simple steps any homework can take to assure that they select the right contractor for the right job at the right price. In the college, Gary Toth and Sandy Smith are back explaining how the most livable, walkable towns were planned by the people who lived in them before the coming of the automobile. Many of the cities and towns that we value today for the user friendliness developed along railroad lines or as county seats. Many of these places would not happen today, because of overly complex zoning requirements. We also discuss something that seems to be trending…continuing care retirement communities in high-rise buildings in urban environments.
