On today’s show of Top Lawyer, trial lawyer Sean Quinn (Quinn Law Group) and co-host Joe Dougherty are joined by Michael S. Friedman, Principal in the Philadelphia Office of Jackson Lewis P.C.

SEAN E. QUINN is a nationally recognized trial lawyer and founder of the Philadelphia-based personal injury law firm, Quinn Law Group. He has extensive experience representing personal injury and wrongful death victims and their families in litigation throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

Mr. Quinn is known for his hard-hitting style, tireless work ethic, and unrelenting pursuit of justice for his clients. He prides himself on out-working the competition. A testament to his blue-collar, New Jersey roots. Mr. Quinn has recovered millions of dollars for his clients over the years.

These accomplishments have not gone unnoticed as Mr. Quinn has been recognized by Super Lawyers Magazine, the National Trial Lawyers Association, and Avvo:

Mr. Quinn has been annually recognized by Super Lawyers – Pennsylvania and Super Lawyers -New Jersey, and in 2013, was honored as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer and a New Jersey Super Lawyer – Rising Star. These awards are impressive in that less than 2.5% of the attorneys in each state receive such honors. Even more impressive is the fact that Mr. Quinn was again selected for inclusion on the Super Lawyer lists for both states – an honor that only a handful of attorneys have achieved.

Mr. Quinn’s practice is dedicated to the following types of litigation:

Personal Injury, Wrongful Death, Construction Accidents, Industrial Accidents, Workplace Accidents, Car & Truck Accidents, Medical Malpractice, Nursing Home Neglect, Products Liability, Premises Liability, Longshoremen Accidents, Brain Injuries, Electrocution, Burn Injuries.

MICHAEL S. FRIEDMAN is a principal in the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. He focuses his practice on the representation of employers and management in connection with a wide array of workplace and employment issues at the federal court, state court and administrative agency levels involving all federal and state discrimination laws (including but not limited to: age, race, sex, national origin, disability, and religion), as well as issues concerning restrictive covenants, employment contracts and separation agreements.

Michael also dedicates a substantial portion of his practice to litigation prevention by providing advice and counseling to employers of all sizes on issues such as workplace policies, employee discipline, internal complaints and investigations, disability and leave management issues, and many other issues. Additionally, Michael has an active practice and extensive experience providing on-site anti-harassment and anti-discrimination training to the firm’s clients across all industries.

Prior to working for Jackson Lewis, Michael worked for a prominent Philadelphia law firm practicing in the area of labor and employment law, where he litigated and defended both litigation and administrative matters on behalf of the firm’s clients. Still earlier, Michael served as president of a full-service sports management and marketing firm which represented professional athletes and coaches in all facets of management, negotiating playing contracts and procuring endorsement opportunities for clients in professional football, basketball, and baseball.

While attending Franklin & Marshall College, Michael was class president and played four years of varsity football including one year as a member of the 1995 Centennial Conference Champion football team.

Michael also served his community for three terms (2011-2019) as an elected committeeman on the Voorhees Township (NJ) Committee. In that capacity, Michael had served as the township’s Director of Finance and liaison to the Voorhees Township Fire District.
