A native of Connecticut, Brian is a 2001 cum laude graduate of Villanova University. He earned his law degree from Villanova in 2004. He is admitted to practice law in the United States District Court for the Eastern Division of Pennsylvania and District of New Jersey as well as the Pennsylvania and New Jersey state courts.
Brian is an active mentor in the Villanova Law School mentoring program and is a member of The American Association for Justice, the Pennsylvania and Philadelphia Bar Association, and the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association, in addition to his pro bono activity.

A journalism major, graduated magna cum laude from Temple University and was elected to the National Journalism Honor Society. He then earned his law degree from Temple in 1987 and is rated a AV preeminent attorney by Martindale-Hubbell.
Nelson is an active member of the Pennsylvania and Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Associations, and the Pennsylvania and Philadelphia Bar Associations. His pro bono service includes extensive work with the indigent community.
