Brian Fritz grew up in Philadelphia and has called it home for most of his life. As a city native, Brian is intimately familiar with how hard it is for a family to make ends meet as a result of an injury or accident. By being able to relate to his clients as a human being – with understanding and empathy – most of his clients have not only given him their trust, but also their friendship.

During his career, Mr. Fritz has assisted in securing verdicts and settlements for clients worth more than $200 million, including:
$11 million: co-counsel on case involving death from burns suffered in a fall from an unguarded platform in a steel mill

$10.5 million: for the death of Union Laborer.

$10 million: for Injured Union Carpenter.

$7.5 million: for worker injured during demolition.

$6.0 million: recovery for injured worker struck by improperly stacked materials

$6 million: for client injured by falling materials.

$5.6 million: for client injured in work zone.

$5.5 million: failure to properly install replacement tires leading to traumatic brain injuries

$5.0 million: co-counsel on case involving injuries suffered by injured roofer from fall

Ciarra Bianculli received her J.D. from Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law. While at Drexel, Ciarra was an active member of the criminal law society executive board. While in law school, she worked part time at Fritz & Bianculli as a Law Clerk and completed an internship with DePasquale Law Offices with an emphasis on estate work.

Prior to attending law school, Ciarra graduated cum laude from Saint Joseph’s University. There, she was an active member of The Hawk newspaper and Phi Sigma Pi while working part time at Saint’s John Neumann and Maria Goretti Catholic High School as a Student Activities Director. After receiving her B.A, she went on to Drexel University to receive her M.S. in Educational Administration.

Born and raised in South Philadelphia, Ciarra remains active in her community by participating in the Mummers community and working to give back to her neighborhood grade schools and high schools. She is eager to give back to the greater Philadelphia community as an associate attorney.

In June 2010, he joined Pond Lehocky, where he continues to focus his practice on Pennsylvania Workers’ Compensation Law and protecting the rights of injured workers as a Partner.

Mr. Ciprero has been admitted to practice law in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He now specializes exclusively in Pennsylvania Workers’ Compensation Law, and is certified as a specialist in the practice of Workers’ Compensation Law by the Pennsylvania Bar Association Workers’ Compensation Law Section as authorized by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court. Jewish Perspectives on the News and Politics with Burt Siegel

This program will not hold back on what the host and his guests believe is wrong with an American society in which anti-Jewish sentiments as well as racism have become too often tolerated, where cooperation across party lines is treated as treachery, where immigrants and refugees are seen as a threat to the “American Way of Life” and the gap between the ultra wealthy and the average American is ever widening. While it will reflect the values of Judaism and the Democratic party all are welcomed to share their thoughts regarding how we can achieve the dream of what our nation aspires to be about.
