KRISTIN BUDDLE, ESQ of Wieand Law is a determined and passionate trial attorney representing injured victims across Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Prior to joining Wieand Law, Kristin litigated hundreds of personal injury and Workers’ Compensation cases, and has secured millions of dollars in settlements, verdicts and awards on behalf of her clients throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Among other successes, Kristin was featured in Verdict Search in 2018 for securing a substantial jury verdict in Monroe County, Pennsylvania on behalf of a client who was severely injured as the result of defective stairs.
Kristin is licensed to practice in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey, as well as the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. She currently serves as a certified Arbitrator in the Court of Common Pleas Philadelphia Compulsory Arbitration program, and is a member of the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association, and the Pennsylvania Association of Justice.
Kristin is a proud graduate of La Salle University, where she earned her degree in both political science and English in 2008. She went on to earn her Juris Doctor in 2011 from Widener University School of Law, where she participated in the trial advocacy program and began her legal career at a private law firm advocating for victims injured as the result of negligence and accidents in the work place.
Recently, Kristin was selected to be included to the list of Super Lawyers Rising Stars for 2021.
CHRISTOPHER M. FOX counsels and represents Pennsylvania’s injured workers in all phases of litigation. Since graduating from Temple University Beasley School of Law in 2002, Mr. Fox has concentrated his practice on workers’ compensation. For the first decade of his career, he represented employers and insurance carriers. This background provides him with a unique perspective and an advantage in analyzing issues and formulating a winning strategy for his clients. Mr. Fox has lectured on Pennsylvania workers’ compensation law before diverse audiences, including law students, paralegals, lawyers, unions, and business professionals.
Mr. Fox is certified as a specialist in the practice of workers’ compensation law by the Pennsylvania Bar Association, as authorized by the Supreme Court of Philadelphia. He is an active member of the Workers’ Compensation Section of the Philadelphia Bar Association, as is currently serving as one of the Section’s 2021 Co-Chairs.
In 2018, he was appointed to a three-year term as a hearing committee member of the Disciplinary Board of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania. In 2021, the Disciplinary Board re-appointed him, to a second three year term, running through 2024. In this role, he and other panel members receive evidence involving lawyer misconduct or ethics violations, apply the Pennsylvania Rules of Professional Conduct, and make recommendations to the Disciplinary Board. Mr. Fox received his undergraduate degree in Labor Studies and Industrial Relations from Pennsylvania State University in 1999. During his freshman year at Penn State, he was a walk-on member of the varsity football team as a quarterback and strong safety. He continued his studies at Widener University Delaware Law School in 1999-2000, before transferring to and receiving his law degree in 2002 from Temple University Beasley School of Law.
In 2020, Mr. Fox launched The Wright Legacy, a Pennsylvania non-profit, serving to excite, inspire and energize underrepresented youth, who are interested in pursuing a career in law. This inaugural iteration of this program will be offered in two Delaware County high schools in the fall of 2021.
He resides in the Philadelphia suburbs, with his wife and children and devotes much of his spare time to volunteering as a youth football, basketball, and baseball coach. He is a huge Phillies fan and has seen the Phillies play in 16 different ballparks, and counting.
