RYAN HURD is proud to be an active trial attorney practicing in Pennsylvania and New Jersey since 2007. He has an intimate understanding of how an accident or malpractice can affect you and your family. His experience with litigation began as a child after a physician failed to diagnose clear symptoms of a serious defect on Ryan’s spinal cord. This first-hand experience ignited his passion to fight for those who were similarly hurt by others’ negligence.

He successfully represented hundreds of injured victims in personal injury matters, including motor vehicle accidents, medical malpractice, products liability, and premises liability claims at arbitration and trial court levels in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. His results include a $7,000,000 settlement arising from a tractor trailer collision, a $4,000,000 settlement for an injured bicyclist, and a $6,000,000 settlement in a product liability claim against a car manufacturer.
Ryan was recognized by The National Trial Lawyers as a Top 100 Trial Lawyer in Pennsylvania. Ryan is a recipient of Philadelphia Magazine’s peer-selected Super Lawyers of Pennsylvania, an honor reserved for the top 5 percent of all attorneys in Pennsylvania.
