We are looking for Certified Nursing Assistants, Home Health Aides and Personal Care Attendants who are available to work in Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery and Philadelphia Counties.

Caregivers that are bilingual and have reliable transportation are a plus!

SIGN ON BONUS

Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) | $500
Home Health Aides (HHA) | $350

Personal Care Attendants (PCA) | $150

Sign On Bonuses will be disbursed after completion of the 60-day promotional period and 60 hours worked.

REFERRAL BONUS
MYIAH Employee Referral Bonus | $250

Referral Bonuses will be disbursed to to the current employee and the new hire after completion of the 60-day promotional period and 60 hours worked.

My Independence at HOME is looking for professional caregivers with a strong work ethic who, in addition to having a passion for caring for the elderly and adults with physical and intellectual developmental disabilities, possess the following traits: Interpersonal Skills, Physical Endurance, Time Management Skills and Detail Oriented.

Furthermore, you should be comfortable performing the following duties:

  • Assisting participants with Bathing and/or Dressing
  • Performing Light Housekeeping (i.e. Laundry, Washing Dishes, etc.)
  • Preparing Meals and Assisting with Feeding if Needed
  • Arranging Transportation to Doctor’s Offices
  • Organizing and scheduling participants appointments
  • Coordinating Outings
  • Shopping for Groceries
  • Providing Companionship
