You know its time to get up and get your morning started when you hear that sound for a Feel Good Friday edition of Mark & Denise in the Mornings. This morning we got off and running talking about Meek Mill and his push for criminal justice reform with his press conference with Governor Wolf yesterday. Which led to more discussion on recent conviction of Bill Cosby & the recent allegations against R Kelly & and our first guest of the show Kenyette Barnes who came on and talked about the #MuteRKelly push. The 8:00 hour as always brought to you by power was an eventful one to close out the week. Kicking off with Germaine Edwards came on the airways to talk about Cecily Tyson who was honored at the Turner Classic Movies festival held in Hollywood, California. Later in the hour we had some of our regulars call in touching on criminal justice reform and numerous other topics which in turn got Denise a little rowdy on our Feel Good Friday. Closing out the show and week was Daryl Bell a reporter from the Philadelphia Tribune who came on to talk about the disappointing loss last night for the 76ers dropping them into an 0-2 hole in their best of 7 series vs the Celtics.
