On his debut show, Justin Cohen (Kotlar, Hernandez & Cohen) and co-host Joe Dougherty are joined by Adam Kotlar, Esq, Partner, and Justin’s father and fellow attorney Mitchell Cohen of the same law firm.

JUSTIN M. COHEN focuses his practice on the litigation of workers’ compensation and personal injury cases in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. His aggressive style and diligent efforts have helped him to recover significant benefits for his clients. Prior to joining the Kotlar, Hernandez & Cohen, LLC , Justin worked in Philadelphia on substantial personal injury and medical malpractice cases. Justin’s exposure to complex civil litigation matters from an early point in his career helped to cultivate and enhance his skills as a trial attorney.

Justin graduated from Rutgers University in 2011 with a dual JD/MBA degree. Justin received his bachelor’s degree in American history from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Justin is rated 10 (highest available) on AVVO, has received numerous 5-star reviews from his clients, and is a Board Certified Workers’ Compensation Attorney. He is believed to be the youngest attorney in New Jersey to receive his Workers’ Compensation Board Certification.

ADAM KOTLAR, ESQ. is an aggressive and diligent trial attorney who represents accident victims in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. He is certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as both a civil trial attorney and a workers’ compensation law attorney. As of September 2016, there are fewer than 1,100 certified civil trial attorneys and fewer than 125 certified workers’ compensation law attorneys practicing in New Jersey. Only four attorneys in New Jersey are certified as both.

Adam is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, a select group of attorneys who have successfully handled cases that resulted in a recovery of one million dollars or more for their clients. Adam has been rated as “AV” (Preeminent 5.0 – highest level of professional excellence) by the peer review organization Martindale Hubble. He is rated 10 (highest available) on AVVO and garners numerous 5-star reviews (highest available) for his case performance on various ranking and review sites. He leads a firm of attorneys who take pride in their legal work and fight for their clients’ rights.

Adam also teaches trial advocacy, helping other attorneys learn to be more effective in fighting for the rights of clients. In addition, he has taught numerous seminars on personal injury and workers’ compensation for the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education, New Jersey Association for Justice, the New Jersey Council on Safety & Health and other organizations. He is the author of a chapter in the “LexisNexis Practice Guide: New Jersey Workers’ Compensation.”

Jewish Perspectives on the News and Politics with Burt Siegel

This program will not hold back on what the host and his guests believe is wrong with an American society in which anti-Jewish sentiments as well as racism have become too often tolerated, where cooperation across party lines is treated as treachery, where immigrants and refugees are seen as a threat to the “American Way of Life” and the gap between the ultra wealthy and the average American is ever widening. While it will reflect the values of Judaism and the Democratic party all are welcomed to share their thoughts regarding how we can achieve the dream of what our nation aspires to be about.
