Justin Cohen, the consummate injury attorney, represents his clients like their lives depend on him because they do! Justin Cohen, an injury attorney and a trial attorney you can depend on!

Your Host, Justin Cohen focuses his practice on the litigation of workers’ compensation and personal injury cases in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. His aggressive style and diligent efforts have helped him to recover significant benefits for his clients. Prior to joining Kotlar, Hernandez & Cohen, LLC , Justin worked in Philadelphia on substantial personal injury and medical malpractice cases. Justin’s exposure to complex civil litigation matters from an early point in his career helped to cultivate and enhance his skills as a trial attorney.

Justin graduated from Rutgers University in 2011 with a dual JD/MBA degree. Justin received his bachelor’s degree in American history from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Justin is rated 10 (highest available) on AVVO, has received numerous 5-star reviews from his clients, and is a Board Certified Workers’ Compensation Attorney. He is believed to be the youngest attorney in New Jersey to receive his Workers’ Compensation Board Certification.

Taylor Cohen is a founding partner of Stern & Cohen, P.C., who has focused his practice exclusively on the protection of injured workers in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. He honed his litigation skills in the workers’ compensation arena under the tutelage of his partner, David F. Stern, as his litigation chair. Taylor continues to garner recognition and accomplishments in the workers’ compensation practice area. For example, two years into his legal practice, he was the youngest lawyer named an adjunct professor of law at Temple University, James E. Beasley School of Law, having the opportunity to teach Workers’ Compensation.

Taylor has also consistently been named a Pennsylvania Super Lawyers® Rising Star. This is a list of the top-up-and-coming lawyers in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania who have attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement – an honor given to only 2.5 percent of attorneys in Pennsylvania 40 years old or younger.

Taylor earned his law degree at Temple University, James E. Beasley School of Law, graduating with honors in May 2016. During this time, he focused his educational experience on trial advocacy, ultimately graduating with a Certificate in Trial Advocacy & Litigation. Additionally, as a result of his exemplary written and oral advocacy, Taylor was selected to represent the university in national competitions as a member of the Moot Court Competition Team. Furthermore, he was named a Rubin Public Interest Law Honor Society Fellow for his dedication to public service, providing legal services to underserved communities and addressing important public issues without receiving pay or academic credit.

During his legal studies, Taylor focused his professional growth on the protection of workers’ rights, working with two federal agencies responsible for interpreting and enforcing a range of labor and employment statutes. His passion for the protection of workers’ rights, however, dates back to before law school, studying the labor movement, labor history, and American unionization at The Pennsylvania State University’s School of Labor and Employment Relations. There, he earned a Master of Science degree in Human Resources & Employment Relations and a Bachelor of Science degree in Labor Studies & Employment Relations.

Taylor is also a former Division One college tennis player. His time as a member and captain of Penn State’s Varsity Men’s Tennis Team provided him with the leadership, teamwork, and time management skills necessary for the rigorous, competitive, and time sensitive nature of workers’ compensation litigation.

Jewish Perspectives on the News and Politics with Burt Siegel

This program will not hold back on what the host and his guests believe is wrong with an American society in which anti-Jewish sentiments as well as racism have become too often tolerated, where cooperation across party lines is treated as treachery, where immigrants and refugees are seen as a threat to the “American Way of Life” and the gap between the ultra wealthy and the average American is ever widening. While it will reflect the values of Judaism and the Democratic party all are welcomed to share their thoughts regarding how we can achieve the dream of what our nation aspires to be about.
