\nJustin is rated 10 (highest available) on AVVO, has received numerous 5-star reviews from his clients, and is a Board Certified Workers’ Compensation Attorney. He is believed to be the youngest attorney in New Jersey to receive his Workers’ Compensation Board Certification.

For example, two years into his legal practice, he was the youngest lawyer named an adjunct professor of law at Temple University, James E. Beasley School of Law, having the opportunity to teach Workers’ Compensation.
\nTaylor has also consistently been named a Pennsylvania Super Lawyers® Rising Star. This is a list of the top-up-and-coming lawyers in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania who have attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement – an honor given to only 2.5 percent of attorneys in Pennsylvania 40 years old or younger.
\nTaylor earned his law degree at Temple University, James E. Beasley School of Law, graduating with honors in May 2016. During this time, he focused his educational experience on trial advocacy, ultimately graduating with a Certificate in Trial Advocacy & Litigation. Additionally, as a result of his exemplary written and oral advocacy, Taylor was selected to represent the university in national competitions as a member of the Moot Court Competition Team. Furthermore, he was named a Rubin Public Interest Law Honor Society Fellow for his dedication to public service, providing legal services to underserved communities and addressing important public issues without receiving pay or academic credit.
\nDuring his legal studies, Taylor focused his professional growth on the protection of workers’ rights, working with two federal agencies responsible for interpreting and enforcing a range of labor and employment statutes. His passion for the protection of workers’ rights, however, dates back to before law school, studying the labor movement, labor history, and American unionization at The Pennsylvania State University’s School of Labor and Employment Relations. There, he earned a Master of Science degree in Human Resources & Employment Relations and a Bachelor of Science degree in Labor Studies & Employment Relations.
\nTaylor is also a former Division One college tennis player. His time as a member and captain of Penn State’s Varsity Men’s Tennis Team provided him with the leadership, teamwork, and time management skills necessary for the rigorous, competitive, and time sensitive nature of workers’ compensation litigation.
