Denny Tedesco (Twitter) grew up in Los Angeles and graduated from Loyola Marymount University. He started his film career as a set decorator on feature films such as “Eating Raoul”. He then traveled the world as a lighting technician and location producer for IMAX films. From the shark infested waters of Australia to the plains of Africa, he has filmed under the most challenging conditions. He was sent as a location producer to cover the eruption of Mt. Pinatubo and also to Kobe, Japan to cover the catastrophic earthquake.

He recently completed directing and producing the award winning documentary “The Wrecking Crew”, a film about the great session musicians in Los Angeles, who worked with everyone from The Beach Boys and Elvis to Sinatra and The Monkees. The film is currently touring the film festival circuit to sold out shows and great reviews.
Denny continues to conduct interviews for A&E Biography as well as TV Land and Comedy Central for Robert Small Entertainment as well as producing commercials for Time-Life.

Over the last 20 years he has produced promos, videos and commercials for various companies and networks. Most notably in 2000, he produced the Academy Awards opening staring Billy Crystal and also the music video for Elton John’s song, “I want Love”, directed by artist Sam Taylor Wood and starring Robert Downey Jr.

Film Maker Denny Tedesco is booking screenings and Speaking Engagements at Universities, Museums, Libraries, and home screenings to not just share the story about these amazing musicians but how he came up with ideas on spreading the word, raising the money, and staying focused in his goal.

In his conversations, he talks about the film making process, the difficulties in the music licensing and how he overcame certain situations that came about over the 19 years in making the film.

Jewish Perspectives on the News and Politics with Burt Siegel

This program will not hold back on what the host and his guests believe is wrong with an American society in which anti-Jewish sentiments as well as racism have become too often tolerated, where cooperation across party lines is treated as treachery, where immigrants and refugees are seen as a threat to the “American Way of Life” and the gap between the ultra wealthy and the average American is ever widening. While it will reflect the values of Judaism and the Democratic party all are welcomed to share their thoughts regarding how we can achieve the dream of what our nation aspires to be about.
