Keith Baldwin has more than 36 years of experience at Spike’s Trophies, where he has worked in all aspects of the business. After coming to Spike’s in 1978 from Temple University, he took a manager position. In 2004 Keith along with Chris, Gary, Glenn, and Ted become managing partners/owners of Spike’s. He is the President of Spike’s, in addition to being the President of the award industry’s largest buying group, Award Associates of America. Keith’s current role is that of Chief Relationship Officer, in charge of developing, maintaining and expanding the relationships with employees, vendors and customers.

Keith is an avid golfer, runner and biker who likes to travel in his spare time. He has been married over 25 years and has 2 children. Keith has volunteered and chaired several non-profit organizations, been a Big Brother, and a coach for local youth sports teams. He is also currently a member of the Union League of Philadelphia, Business Club of America, and the Philadelphia Business Executives.
