Margo L Davidson – PA State Representative 164th District
She has been representing the 164th Legislative District since 2011. The district includes parts of Upper Darby Township, and the boroughs of East Lansdowne and Millbourne. Davidson ran as a Democratic candidate for U.S. Congress in Pennsylvania’s 5th congressional district during the 2018 primary, the primary and general election were won by Mary Gay Scanlon.
Davidson serves on the Commerce, Consumer Affairs, Finance, Insurance, and Professional Licensure committees, as well as the Committee on Committees. She has authored and co-sponsored legislation that supports small business growth, public safety and minimizes the tax burden on the middle class and working families. She serves as vice chair of the PA SAFE Caucus.
Prior to being elected to the PA House of Representatives her professional experience included working as a radio broadcaster and the founder of two nonprofit organizations, one whose goal is to help grow small businesses and the other to protect children and families.
Davidson is a graduate of Temple University and participated in the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School of Business management certificate program. She also has a Master of Business Administration from Saint Joseph University.
