Clean and Sober Radio: The “Recovery Walk”

The “Recovery Walk” has been a tradition in the Philadelphia Tri-State area for decades. It is sponsored by Pro-Act, an organization that fights to reduce the stigma of addiction, to ensure the availability of adequate treatment and recovery services and to influence public opinion and policy.This walk has generated each year upwards of 20,000 participants. On todays broadcast, we are going to meet the folks behind this incredible event and to learn about the importance that events like this one across the country have on our community.
