Many people who enter retirement end up staying in the state they were born or wherever they were last located for their job, while others flock to warm climates.

Of course, in Pennsylvania, we don't have a warm climate. But, many cities in the state do have a lot of offer those retiring, according to a new study. If you or someone you know is entering their golden years, perhaps you're discussing which cities in Pennsylvania are ideal for retirees.

The crew at Niche.com have put together a study to determine the best cities to retire in Pennsylvania. To determine the cities, Niche.com ranked the "best places for retirees based on number of retirees, weather, and access to healthcare and entertainment," according to the site. So, which Pennsylvania cities came out on top? You might be surprised by the list. Find the top 10 best places to retire in Pennsylvania below, and look for the full list with more cities here. A handful of these places are suburbs of Philadelphia, too.

According to Cornwallmanor.org, "Approximately 15.4 percent of Pennsylvania's population is 65 years old or older and it is home to more than 870,000 veterans. The VA Medical Center in Lebanon County, PA, located near Cornwall Manor Retirement Community, is consistently ranked as one of the best veterans’ health care facilities in the country. Pennsylvania is also home to 249 retirement communities."
