Red Apple Daiquiri

1 ½ oz SelvaRey White Rum
1 oz Apple Cider
¾ Honey Syrup (3:1 water to honey)
½ oz Fresh Lime JuiceGlassware: Coupe Glass
Garnish: Apple Slice

Method: Combine all ingredients in a shaker and add ice. Shake and strain into a rocks glass. Float angostura bitters and garnish with a candied ginger and chilito.*To make the honey syrup: combine 1 cup honey with 1 cup water in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium and simmer for 5 minutes. Place in container and store in refrigerator.

To make an easy cinnamon syrup: In a small saucepan, boil one cup water with 2 tsp ground cinnamon. Reduce heat, then add one cup sugar, and stir until it dissolves.
