On this week’s Your Valuable Home, Kevin and Ron interview Dominic, a Bucks County-based graphic designer and creative director who designed and served as the general contractor for a spectacular outdoor room and pool at this home. The timberframe pavilion, the fireplace, the pool area…everything was situated to take maximum advantage of 1,000-acre panorama of preserved farmland. Dominic provides an overview of the planning and construction. Then, a representative of the Amish company that constructed the timberframe pavilion and the mason who did the fireplace, etc. get into the details.
