Joe Dougherty and co-host Frank Ciprero, partner at Pond Lehocky, are joined by guest Dr. John K Eshleman of CMR Philly.

Frank N. Ciprero graduated from Dickinson College in 1995 with a B.A. in Anthropology. In 1998, he earned a law degree from The Dickinson School of Law of The Pennsylvania State University. He served as a legal intern for the Pennsylvania Office of the Attorney General in the Medicaid Fraud Control Division. He then became a Senior Associate with a mid-sized defense firm handling Workers’ Compensation and general liability defense litigation in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey. With over five years of experience in Workers’ Compensation, he then joined a leading regional firm, where he focused his practice exclusively on Pennsylvania Workers’ Compensation Law.

In June 2010, he joined Pond Lehocky, where he continues to focus his practice on Pennsylvania Workers’ Compensation Law and protecting the rights of injured workers as a Partner.

Mr. Ciprero has been admitted to practice law in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He now specializes exclusively in Pennsylvania Workers’ Compensation Law, and is certified as a specialist in the practice of Workers’ Compensation Law by the Pennsylvania Bar Association Workers’ Compensation Law Section as authorized by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court. He is very active in the community as a member of the Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, and Montgomery County Bar Associations. He is a member of both the Pennsylvania Association for Justice and the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association. He has been a guest lecturer at Villanova University School of Law in the area of Pennsylvania Workers’ Compensation Law.

John K Eshleman, D.O. is a family practice physician who has been in practice since 1978, when he graduated from medical school at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine (PCOM). Prior to PCOM Dr. Eshleman completed his undergraduate studies at Elizabethtown College in 1965 and then earned a master’s degree in chemistry from St. Joseph’s University in 1970. He has been practicing in Northeast Philadelphia for over 40 years, where his patients have come to know and count on his unparalleled level of compassion and care. Dr. John Eshleman specializes in family medicine, occupational medicine, preventive, and environmental medicine.
