Frank N. Ciprero graduated from Dickinson College in 1995 with a B.A. in Anthropology. In 1998, he earned a law degree from The Dickinson School of Law of The Pennsylvania State University. He served as a legal intern for the Pennsylvania Office of the Attorney General in the Medicaid Fraud Control Division. He then became a Senior Associate with a mid-sized defense firm handling Workers’ Compensation and general liability defense litigation in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey. With over five years of experience in Workers’ Compensation, he then joined a leading regional firm, where he focused his practice exclusively on Pennsylvania Workers’ Compensation Law.
In June 2010, he joined Pond Lehocky, where he continues to focus his practice on Pennsylvania Workers’ Compensation Law and protecting the rights of injured workers as a Partner.
Mr. Ciprero has been admitted to practice law in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He now specializes exclusively in Pennsylvania Workers’ Compensation Law, and is certified as a specialist in the practice of Workers’ Compensation Law by the Pennsylvania Bar Association Workers’ Compensation Law Section as authorized by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court. He is very active in the community as a member of the Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, and Montgomery County Bar Associations. He is a member of both the Pennsylvania Association for Justice and the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association. He has been a guest lecturer at Villanova University School of Law in the area of Pennsylvania Workers’ Compensation Law.
Mr. Armstrong went on to receive his J.D. from Temple University Beasley School of Law in Philadelphia. While attending law school, Mr. Armstrong participated in the Integrated Trial Advocacy Program (ITAP), where he acquired useful litigation skills such as public speaking, evidentiary objections, deposition strategies, and negotiation tactics. He also took an interest in employment law courses and focused his studies on workers’ rights.
Following his first year of law school, Mr. Armstrong law clerked for a firm in Bala Cynwd, Pennsylvania that specializes in civil litigation. In early 2017, he joined Pond Lehocky as a law clerk in the Social Security Disability department. Mr. Armstrong helped the department with writing hearing briefs and conducting research. He later became involved with Pond Lehocky’s Federal Appeals department. Mr. Armstrong is admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar and became an associate at Pond Lehocky in October of 2018 following his bar admission.
Outside of his professional career, Mr. Armstrong donates his time to the TeamCasey Foundation, a non-profit that supports children battling childhood cancer. TeamCasey provides support to several Arizona children’s hospitals in their Pediatric Outpatient Blood & Marrow departments. Mr. Armstrong has also been involved with KaBOOM!, an organization that helps build playgrounds for youth in underprivileged communities.
