KRISTIN BUDDLE, ESQ of Wieand Law is a determined and passionate trial attorney representing injured victims across Pennsylvania and New Jersey. She focuses her practice on all aspects of serious personal injury, including wrongful death, motor vehicle and trucking accidents, premises liability and nursing home neglect abuse. In addition, Kristin manages the firm’s Workers’ Compensation department and proudly assists injured workers and their families to get back on their feet. Kristin has dedicated her career to zealously advocating for her clients in and out of the court room, and is committed to obtaining the best results for each and every one.

Prior to joining Wieand Law, Kristin litigated hundreds of personal injury and Workers’ Compensation cases, and has secured millions of dollars in settlements, verdicts and awards on behalf of her clients throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Among other successes, Kristin was featured in Verdict Search in 2018 for securing a substantial jury verdict in Monroe County, Pennsylvania on behalf of a client who was severely injured as the result of defective stairs.

Kristin is licensed to practice in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey, as well as the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. She currently serves as a certified Arbitrator in the Court of Common Pleas Philadelphia Compulsory Arbitration program, and is a member of the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association, and the Pennsylvania Association of Justice.

Kristin is a proud graduate of La Salle University, where she earned her degree in both political science and English in 2008. She went on to earn her Juris Doctor in 2011 from Widener University School of Law, where she participated in the trial advocacy program and began her legal career at a private law firm advocating for victims injured as the result of negligence and accidents in the work place.

Recently, Kristin was selected to be included to the list of Super Lawyers Rising Stars for 2021.

JENNIFER POPELACK primarily focuses her practice in the areas of estate planning and estate administration. Her estate planning work involves counseling clients through the planning process regarding the management of their assets after their passing so their intentions are carried out and their loved ones are cared for once they have passed. This process often involves the drafting of various key documents such as a last will and testament, powers of attorney, advance directives and trusts. In her estate administration work, Jennifer assists and guides the executors of estates to successfully complete the probate process so estates may be properly assessed, taxed and distributed. Jennifer is also regularly involved in estate litigation, including will contests and guardianship proceedings, and appears frequently before the Orphans’ Court of Philadelphia and the surrounding counties.

In addition, Jennifer handles real estate, commercial litigation and other business matters, including shareholder disputes, landlord/tenant disputes, eminent domain, foreclosure and creditors’ rights for banks and lenders, and related collection matters. She also works with other attorneys in the Firm to counsel clients regarding business law issues to reduce liability and exposure for these clients.

During law school, Jennifer worked as a law clerk for the Firm from 2008 – 2010, and served as Articles Editor for Widener Law Review. Her student note, The Sex Offender Registration and Notification Act and its Commerce Clause Implications, was the 2009 winner of Widener Law Review’s Most Outstanding Paper of Publishable Quality, and appears in Widener Law Review Volume XVII, Issue 1.
