Retired Head Coach Gary Waters, who has just released a new book, The 10 Principles of a Character Coach, spoke with Jeff and Jerry. Coach Waters spent five seasons as head coach of the Rutgers Scarlet Knights – beating Michigan in the 2004 NIT championship run before going on to becoming the all-time winningest head coach at Cleveland State before retiring in 2019 with 194 wins in 11 seasons. He led the program to an NCAA Tournament appearance in 2009.
