Mark and I will be interviewing Steve Wicke and Christy Eichinger from Recovery Centers of America. Steve is the CEO and Christy is the alumni coordinator at RCA. Recovery Centers of America is a nationally recognized leader in drug and alcohol treatment based out of Devon, Pennsylvania.

Steve has forged a national reputation for executive healthcare leadership and strategic planning with three decades of experience in operational leadership, financial oversight and strategic development focused on systems and programs. From Philadelphia to Alaska, Steve has led multi-disciplinary teams of mental health professionals providing comprehensive behavioral healthcare services in all aspects of residential operations. Stellar local reputation, having built one of most successful drug and alcohol treatment centers in PA leading a staff of more than 650 in multiple locations. Steve has held the following national positions:

Christy Eichinger

Christy Eichinger was one of the original 44 employees on board when RCA at Devon made its debut. In 2017 she accepted an offer as a Recovery Support Specialist which is where she found her passion and purpose by helping patients navigate a new life in recovery. In 2018 Christy accepted the position of Financial Counselor at RCA, which gave her the opportunity to work with patients one-on-one and alleviate some of the outside stressors that contribute to addiction, so they could focus on their treatment. In 2019, Christy left her Financial Counselor position to be the first Alumni Relations Coordinator at RCA where she can assist patients and their families in the journey of recovery by offering support through the Alumni Association.
