Valerie A. Pedicone, For the past eight years of her legal career, has worked as an associate attorney for Spivack & Spivack, LLP, representing individuals who have been injured in motor vehicle and slip and fall accidents, as well as work-related incidents.

\n\n\n\nMs. Pedicone attended Temple University, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts Degree, Summa Cum Laude in 1997. While at Temple, she was inducted into The Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society for her excellence in liberal arts, and she was also presented with the Perseverantia Vincit Award for her outstanding academic achievement and intellectual integrity.
\n\n\n\nShortly thereafter, Ms. Pedicone attended Widener University School of Law, graduating with a Juris Doctor Degree, Cum Laude in 2002.
\n\n\n\nExtensive Legal Experience
\n\n\n\nMs. Pedicone is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. She also is admitted to practice law in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
\n\n\n\nUpon graduating law school, Ms. Pedicone served as a law clerk with the Honorable Thomas J. Reueter in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
\n\n\n\nAfter her clerkship, Ms. Pedicone worked for a major insurance company defending individuals who were sued as a result of personal injury accidents. She got an inside view of how insurance companies handle personal injury claims and learned many of the defense strategies that insurance companies use to lessen their financial obligation. Now she works on the other side helping injured parties maximize their recoveries.
\n\n\n\nCommunity Leadership
\n\n\n\nMs. Pedicone is on the Board of Trustees for the Justinian Society, and is the Co-Chair of the Judicial Portraits Committee for the Justinian Society. When not fighting for the rights of injury victims, Ms. Pedicone enjoys running, traveling, and enjoying her family and close friends.
