TUNE IN THIS TUESDAY at 10 AM AS WE CELEBRATE MOTHER’S DAY – – – – AND JERUSALEM DAY!
The weather has turned beautiful, and we celebrate two important days on Tuesday’s show – – – – Yom Yrushalayim (Jerusalem Day) and Mother’s Day. We’ll celebrate the women who gave us life and sustenance, and the city which represents our spiritual life. Of course, Jerusalem is not only our spiritual home – – – and to give us some perspective on that, we’ll be joined by Mohammad Darawshe, an Arab citizen of Israel who is involved with a wonderful program called Givat Haviva. And a few surprises too – – – like My Yiddishe Mommeh sung by Charles Aznavour. Why Charles Aznavour? And what’s all this about Oscar Hammerstein I? We thought it was all about Oscar Hammerstein II! Stay tuned, you’re about to find out!
