This weeks Dining on a Dime features two wonderful guests. Max Pfeffer the Director of Manatawny Still Works will be discussing their truly distinctive products and what sets them apart from other small scale distilleries in Pennsylvania. In addition to their amazing product line, Max talks to our hosts about the history of Manatawny as well as Pipers Project which helps support local dog adoptions and humane societies through the purchase of their products.

In our main segment we are fortunate to have a candid interview with Pastry Chef Robert Bennett who was the longest tenured Pastry Chef at Le Bec Fin and has an amazing career as a Pastry Chef, Chef Instructor and Chocolatier. Chef Bennett discusses his latest venture which was revealed to the public on the show as well as his career highlights including the cake and replicate sugar paste White House created for then incoming President Ronald Reagan. In addition Chef Bennett will speak to his views on the industry today, success secrets and his passions in life not related to Pastry
