The hashtag [#solotravel] has over 7.5M posts on Instagram. After 2 pandemic years, travel is coming back—with a vengeance—and people are looking to reconnect. Google searches for solo travel have quadrupled since April 2020 and according to the New York Post, more people are traveling solo than ever before and 42% of people said they’ve found romance while traveling.

Traveling is romantic, passionate, scary, and risky, all at once— More than half of singles say at some point they’ve struck up a great conversation with a stranger on a plane, and actually, 22 percent have fallen in love on a trip!
