This weeks Food, Farms and Chefs began with Sarah Zaun the Director of Catering at Reading Terminal Market as well as founder of All About Events event planning. Sarah brought us up to date on the exciting new Filbert Street outdoor space adjacent to the market as well as other new development taking place in the nation’s premier public market.
In the second we spoke to Sam Cravero and his brother Jim Cravero who are the visionaries behind The Fuge in Bucks County, which is a one of a kind event venue in what was once a secure military and aerospace research and training site. Their latest addition is Tranquility Brewing which is aptly named after the moons sea of tranquility since all the original astronauts trained at The Fuge. We finished the show with Marcus, the chef and founder of Maw Gwan spices, who has recently changed his business model to accept bit coin as a form of payment.
