This week we’re Whisk-eying you away on Food Farms & Chefs with our esteemed guests.

We will first hear from Alex Chang from the Philadelphia Whiskey Society, who will tell us about his extensive education in Whiskey and how he endeavored to bring that knowledge to fellow Whiskey and Bourbon aficionados with Events, opportunities to obtain limited edition bottles, as well as tastings and information related to one of America’s favorite spirits.

We’ll then hear from one of Ember & Ash’s owners, Scott Calhoun, who’s resume includes some of the most prestigious restaurants within the Philadelphia region.  Executive Chef Calhoun is joining us to extend an open invitation to our listeners for their Anniversary celebration on December 27th at Ember & Ash, along with letting us know all of the other exciting news happening this holiday season!
