We have a Food, Farms, & Chefs show packed full of international ties and celebrations!
We first hear from master Chef Joseph Poon who’s energy and enthusiasm to learn, teach, and share is an inspiration to us all–and he is bringing that same passion into our studio to discuss his origin story in the kitchens of Philadelphia, how to enrich your life and the lives of whom you cross paths with, and the importance of understanding the various cultures and cuisines in the culinary world.
We then speak with two siblings, both of whom have celebrity status within the hospitality industry and culinary world; Chef Ginevra Antonini and her brother, Chef Giacomo Antonini. They describe how they learned to cook at an early age, and how that desire to create impassioned them to become Chefs. Now, they cross the globe catering prestigious events and clients all while owning elegant restaurants in Europe, as well as owning and running a farm.
We then hear from Judith Francois, who owns Gabarelly’s Stockton Steaks with her husband Brian Held as she describes how they went from fine dining to their newest concept, and how their daughter Gabrielle was the inspiration behind their name. We’ll also hear about how they give back to their community, and how you can too, and how to enjoy their latest concept in a more elevated way.
