We are Thankful to all of you tuning into Food Farms & Chefs this week as Nicole Marquis, who owns several plant-based restaurants like Charlie Was a Sinner, Bar Bombon, and the trendy HipCityVeg.  She joins us to talk about her exciting news regarding her fast-casual eatery HipCityVeg, and what we have to look forward to this holiday season at all of her restaurants!
We then hear from Frank Pagliaro, who owns Frank’s Wine in Wilmington, DE who is offering his expertise on what wines to pair with your holiday dinner this week!  He offers us an insider’s look at what wines to buy for your Thanksgiving dinner, as well as some of the fun and charitable events that are set to happen at Franks Wine!
