Tune in to find out all the tasty details on this week’s Food, Farms, & Chefs show, beginning with our very own Culinary Historian Chef Gene Blum.
Chef Blum leads us into the hour with the history, traditions, and explanations behind the meaningful significance of Passover, and the foods shared during the Passover meal.  We then turn the hour over to friends of the show both on-air and in-person, Timothy Witcher and Tony Luke Jr!  We had fun speaking with both culinary stars as they updated us on what is going on with their brands, as well as preluding something they are working on together!  And we end our fun and informative show with Brittany Tolliferreo, who is the owner of Chick-A-Boom which has taken Philadelphian foodies by storm!  We find out exactly what made her food offerings turn into such a delicious sensation, where (and what) we can taste for ourselves, and some of the exciting announcements including the expansion where Chick-A-Boom is located!

Jewish Perspectives on the News and Politics with Burt Siegel

This program will not hold back on what the host and his guests believe is wrong with an American society in which anti-Jewish sentiments as well as racism have become too often tolerated, where cooperation across party lines is treated as treachery, where immigrants and refugees are seen as a threat to the “American Way of Life” and the gap between the ultra wealthy and the average American is ever widening. While it will reflect the values of Judaism and the Democratic party all are welcomed to share their thoughts regarding how we can achieve the dream of what our nation aspires to be about.
