On our 3rd Anniversary Show since starting, we celebrate by first bringing you one of the most prestigious vineyards in New York’s Hudson Valley as well as one of the premiere event and catering companies in Philadelphia. But before we reminisce on the show’s infancy years–we’ll hear from Mathew Spaccarelli who is one of the winemakers, and also the son of Benmarl Winery’s proprietor Victor Spaccarelli, Jr. Benmarl has sweeping views of the historic Hudson River and surrounding valley, so as you taste their wines, you can also take in the breathtaking scenery that surrounds you when you visit. And speaking of places being historic, did you know that Benmarl is the oldest vineyard in New York? They literally hold license No. 1–so one might say they are number one in our books!
We continue our celebrations by hearing from Sarah Zahn, who tells us how she started All About Events (a catering and events company) and how she eventually became Reading Terminal Market’s (RTM) Wedding and Events Coordinator. Mrs. Zahn also explains what has been happening behind the scenes at RTM, as well as what wonderful events we can look forward to in the upcoming holiday season.
