We’re bringing you a SUPER Food, Farms, & Chefs show this week, as we speak with a friend of the show and the man catering the Super Bowl while he is on-location at the SoFi Stadium in California. You’ll then hear from another friend of the show and how he is preparing his own kitchen so that your Valentine’s and Super Bowl celebrations will ensure that you’ve got the best game around! Lastly, we’re introducing you to a brewery that brings a perfect craft brew for your crew–no matter what they like to drink!

Our first (guest) down we’ll hear from Rocco Gallelli of Innovative Catering Concepts, who has cater the past 6 Super Bowls, the Papal visits, and is appearing on Food, Farms, & Chefs from the SoFi Stadium where he was catering the NFL Honors and preparing to cater the Super Bowl guests and fans this coming weekend!

We then hear from celebrity chef, Tim Witcher and what goes into preparing for the big game so that you can enjoy his famous wings and sauces as you watch the Rams and Bengals face off on the field. In addition to his sought-after meals, Chef Witcher will also talk about how he is helping to influence the next generation of Chefs, and how he continues to foster the relationships formed while being a guiding light as his students mentor.

And we end our show with an exciting touch-down as we hear from our last guests, Bill McCue and Glen Ockenhouse who own Bucks County Brewery located in Pipersville, PA. Bill and Glen will talk about how they began Bucks County Brewery, some of the delicious craft brews that they have to offer, how you can get some for yourself, and what to look forward to when you visit!
