Then we take you on a journey over the bridge to help celebrate the anniversary of Crab Du Jour’s Wimington, DE location with their Vice President, Beau Stickley, and their Chef–John Eichenberg. With 85 locations, Crab Du Jour offers you the most fresh, local, and quality seafood for you to enjoy!  And while you’re indulging your see-food-and-eat-it mentality, they’re working double-duty by giving back to the communities that Crab Du Jour’s are located in. Both Beau and Chef Eichenberg joined us to talk about their delightful dishes as well as how they are giving back during their up-coming anniversary celebration in Wimington, DE on June 9th!
Later, we’ll also hear from two more amazing individuals from Women Against Abuse’ Dish It Up event.  We first hear from Women Against Abuse’ Board Member Leslie Greenspan.  Mrs. Greenspan joined us to discuss the importance of the organization and what they do for individuals affected by domestic violence, along with what working for the organization means to her, and of course all the camaraderie from all the chefs who were there in support of the cause.
Lastly, we offer you a sweet ending by introducing you to Maddie Knowles.  Maddie participated in Dish It Up’s sweets competition, and sat down with us to discuss all the temptatious details about her new business, Madd Sweets. I know I look forward to having dessert–and I’m sure you will too after hearing what she creates!
