Ray is a friend of the show, and we are excited to have him back on to give us some tips on how to make a tasty impression with your next BBQ, and to tell us about his new book (which you can pre-order on Amazon) “Big Green Basics from a Master Barbecuer” which of course would go well with his first book, “Award-Winning BBQ Sauces and How to Use them: The Secret Ingredients to Next-Level Smoking.”
