Colonel Allen deployed to Bosnia/Herzegovina in 1998-1999 and Iraq in 2003 and 2005. He also served as the Task Force Chaplain for Operation Rainbow Hope-WTC in 2001. We especially honor our Blessed Country of AMERICA on its’ 249Th Anniversary. Remember Our Independence began here in our Hometown of PHILADELPHIA!!!
