We’re back on the air for Show Number Seventy (#70). >>>Our show today features USAF Sergeant Jerry Strauss, a Radio Communications Analyst (AFSC # 20250) with the USAF Security Forces in Vietnam. Jerry grew up on the streets of the Roxborough-section of Philadelphia; a Jewish boy growing up in a Christian Neighborhood. His Mom and Pop owned the local corner mom and pop grocery store and were respected and loved for their compassion and concern for neighborhood friends. His story is a remarkable story of dreams and reality>>>>of a man who served his country honorably in the war-zone of Da Nang, Vietnam. His dream was to be a major-league baseball player>and he was Good! It kind of happened in the military, but his youthful zest changed-his path; in the military and in life!!! I call Jerry my FRIEND
