AILEEN REYES is a Fitness Coach. This beautiful Wonder Woman disguised as the nerdy young lady with thick glasses has her own business called A LEAN LIFESTYLE, to love, enjoy and nurture life. She was born in Puerto Rico and raised in Philadelphia. Enjoys the beach sun and summer in Florida where she hosts one mega fit-camp a month at the beach.

Her life has not been just a fit perfect journey, she is epileptic, had a drunken driver car accident and is a Steven Johnson syndrome survivor.

After overcoming her own personal traumatic experiences, she has been committed to transforming lives through coaching, showing others the importance of your wellbeing. Through nutritional physical and mental transformation everyone can learn to Love Enjoy And Nurture the body to live the best life.

She had the privilege to run in college on an exhibition team in the Penn Relays against the Olympics teams USA RED & BLUE.

For 15 years, she has been coaching and training others. She works with groups gyms, private studio sessions, golfers, dancers, moms, athletes, individuals trying to lose weight, gain muscles, or gain more energy overall.

She is currently a transformation coach helping people each month through a monthly 21-day challenge where 10 challengers will win $10,000 and have access to amazing digital tools after qualifying.
