Humphrey was trained as an Intelligence and Photo Interpreter. in 1967 his AFSC took a dramatic turn>>>E-2 airman fist-class Humphrey, along with a Lt. Col. and a major became responsible for F-4 Phantom Jets flying as many as 80 missions a day into Hanoi and Haiphong, Vietnam, on reconnaissance and bombing missions. I met James last year at Hard RockHotel, Tulsa, Oklahoma, when I was a guest speaker for Vietnam’s “Wolfhounds”
