My guest today is dear friend and collaborator Jahnay Ford. She holds a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT) from La Salle University and is currently working towards licensure in the state of Pennsylvania to become an LMFT. Her areas of expertise include interpersonal and intrapersonal relationships, identifying and fostering a richer sense of intimacy, and enhancing communication skills.

As a clinician, she employs integrative therapeutic approaches tailored to the unique needs of each client. We spoke about her goal to promote a greater understanding of the self and how it relates to others. We talked about how we deeply appreciate the courage it takes our clients to share their intimate and vulnerable truths, and how we strive to maintain a non-judgmental, compassionate, and healing environment at all times.

We can see beauty in relationships with ourselves and others. Together, we can explore the diverse realms of love that remain undiscovered for some, hindered by factors such as shame, guilt, insecurities, and more.
