We start off with our Cinco de Mayo celebration by learning where and why the holiday originated from, including how we celebrate it today.  Then we speak with Oscar Marin, who is the owner behind the lavish dessert vendor Creme Brulee Food Truck.  We also learn how his family’s 30 year eatery, La Fogata Bakery, came to be a community staple while Kevin Wilson, Amaris Pollock, and Gene Blum enjoyed some of their most popular dishes…trust me, your mouth will be watering by the end of the show!
