The holiday season is often a time when people want to find a significant other. Maybe it's all those romantic Hallmark movies that sneak their way into our lives. Or, maybe it's just seeing family and friends at events, all paired up. No matter the reason, the holidays are a time to find love or at least try to find love. Well, if you're in Pennsylvania, note that one city is filled with great people to date, according to a new study.

The study comes from Shinysmileveneers.com. In it, they state, "In the world of dating, the quirks and qualities that make you who you are can sometimes be the deciding factors in whether a connection blossoms or fizzles out. Those little peculiarities and characteristics that can transform a promising spark into a fiery flame or a pile of ashes in the blink of an eye."

Before we get to our area, let's look at some major red flags. The three biggest dating red flags across America, according to this study, are the following: "doesn't ask get-to-know-you questions, being constantly on their phone, and talking about their ex." That last one is a huge. It shows the person isn't over their last relationship. I'm surprised about the "doesn't ask get-to-know-you questions," because I don't like too many questions at first. As for deal breakers, the top deal breaker in America is bad hygiene, followed by being racist. Other deal breakers include being self-absorbed, not respecting boundaries, being against same-sex friends and being high-maintenance. Um, perhaps I've been accused of the latter, but I plead the Fifth.
